"Three to four times a week, I get up at 7:30 a.m. while the courts are empty at Venice Beach and play full court one-on-one. I loved hooping as a kid, but as an adult, I now know there are so many benefits to this sneaky core work out I try and get in at least fifteen minutes of hooping a day."

Lyriq Bent played Frank Gest from seasons one to five. He shared how he approaches auditions to Backstage.com.
