Addison Rae and Kourtney Kardashian are palling around – in their pink swimsuits. Kourtney does cleanses. "So, I'm doing this Ayurvedic cleanse right now," she told Bustle. "It's called Panchakarma. You can't eat anything cold; you can't drink anything cold. It's for 12 days. No sex. No working out. It's crazy." The practice supposedly balances energy to promote health. "It actually made everything better," she said. "Like, if you can't have caffeine when you have your first matcha, it's so good."

Addison makes sure to hydrate. "I have a list of things like drinking a gallon of water a day," she told StyleCaster. "It's really hard." She loves Amazon's under $20 Fidus water bottle, which holds a gallon of water and shows you how much you need to drink. "It has motivational sayings to keep you on track," she said about the bottle, which she discovered on TikTok. "A lot of fitness stuff I've gotten is from TikTok," she noted. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Kourtney follows a primarily plant-based diet. "I've been on a health and wellness journey for the past 13 years, which has made me super conscious of what I put into my body and my kids' bodies. I'm not fully vegan, but Travis has helped me keep to a mostly plant-based diet," she told Harper's Bazaar.

Addison does mini workouts. "I've been trying to workout every day for at least 15 minutes. That doesn't entail a crazy workout every day, but it's 15 minutes of some type of exercise like walking or running or stretching, yoga, things like that. I feel like you never see results until you start and that's what's been motivating me. Exercise helps you so much more than just externally. It opens your mind," she told StyleCaster. 

"Whenever I notice that I'm feeling bloated or like I need to step up [my body] or something, it's always because I'm not drinking enough water. When I step up the water, I'll instantly lose like two pounds in one day," Kourtney told Byrdie. "Half the time when you're hungry, you're really thirsty. I eat constantly throughout the day, so I'm not saying don't eat and just drink water, but I notice I eat less just because I'm so full from the water."

Addison, who trains at The Dogpound, makes exercise a group activity. Not only does she take workout classes (including Pilates) with pals, but during the pandemic, she virtually exercised with pal Kourtney during the pandemic. 

"When I go to a restaurant…if I'm really trying to be good, the hardest part is ordering the food," Kourtney explained in a video on Poosh. "Once it comes, you're going to be happy with it. Even if you order vegetable soup, it's still going to taste good once it comes. Obviously, you'd rather order the French fries and a burger, but it's just about making the wise order, and once it arrives, you're going to be fine."
