De Armas makes sure to workout while she is shooting a movie. In an interview with Vogue, De Armas says that she started doing pilates while filming The Gray Man. "I've been going to this beautiful Pilates studio very close to my hotel," she said. "It's in this gorgeous old majestic building on the top floor with windows to the river."
De Armas revealed some of her workout secrets to People. She admits thatshe likes to workout. However, she also says that she does a lot of fun exercises to keep herself engaged. "Exercise also makes me happy, but it has to be fun," she said.
