As per WCAU-TV, the occurrence happened on South Street in Philadelphia soon before 12 PM EDT. During a news meeting early Sunday, Police Inspector D. F. Pace said officials watching the midtown Philadelphia region heard numerous shots and saw a few suspects discharging into a big group.
