Britney Spears is so relatable! The singer often uploads videos of her dance workouts and she always tries her best to be healthy and keep in shape, however, there is one part of that whole process that she admitted she really struggles with!

Britney took to her go-to platform to share yet another clip in which she was sweating while dancing around intensely to Elastic Heart by Sia, something that she really enjoys doing.

However, in the caption, she admitted that while working out is her jam, her fitness might not be at the level she wishes it was for one simple reason – she loves food too much!

In fact, she talked about it in such a way that it sounded quite poetic and even a bit spiritual so it’s safe to say that Britney Spears is quite the foodie!

She also mentioned that her fitness journey has had to suffer even more now that we are all in quarantine and there is nowhere to go.

Obviously, a lot of people have been eating more than usual in lockdown, for similar reasons, which is why Spears’ statement was so relatable!

She wrote that: ‘I’m really sweaty here, and yes I am working on my body!!!! It is very hard at this time because there is really nowhere to go and everything’s closed ….. but I swear to God food’s never tasted so good!!!! I have heard people say …. that ‘love people who love food’…. well damn, I must be really loved!!!!’

Britney went on to gush over eating some more, writing in part that: ‘I love food because it touches my soul. Ok, now back to my point !!!! I used to feel ice cold after a workout…. now I am learning I actually sweat when I work out and I enjoy it!!!!’
