New Delhi, Sep 28 (IANS) Delhi’s Stir Road Court on Wednesday sent Vijay Nair, a finance manager and close helper of Delhi’s Vice president Priest Manish Sisodia, to five days’ CBI care in Delhi’s extract strategy trick.

He was captured on Tuesday night by the CBI. Nair was the main individual to be captured in the extract trick.

The Focal Agency of Examination (CBI) let the court know that his custodial cross examination was important. Senior attorney Rebecca John, who was showing up for Nair, went against the CBI move saying her client has joined the examination and was participating.

The court in the wake of hearing the contention of both the sides sent Nair to five days’ CBI guardianship.
