Christiane Maria Heideh Amanpour is a British-Iranian journalist who currently serves as CNN’s Chief International Anchor.

She also presents CNN International’s Amanpour and Amanpour & Company on PBS, as well as CNN International’s Amanpour.

She enrolled at the University of Rhode Island and earned a B.A. in journalism.
