Most of the time Draya's diet is moderate. However, when she wants to lose weight, she does a diet bootcamp dubbed the "military diet." While on it she consumes clean foods like grapefruit and lean protein. "You know what I had for breakfast today?" she revealed in an Instagram video. "Coffee, one hard-boiled egg, celery, and a spoonful of cottage cheese."
Working out doesn't have to be complicated, according to Draya. For example, she has a treadmill at her house so she can get in a workout when needed. "I am naturally skinny but I stay on the treadmill in my house," she told RadarOnline. "I watch the clock for the ENTIRE 45 minutes like a hawk. But I work really hard, I'm up to an eight incline."
Hydration is a key part of Draya's health routine. If you think you are drinking enough, drink more! "Increase your water intake," she told FashionBombDaily per Madame Noire. "Any amount is better than what you've been drinking. Your body and skin will thank you for it in the long run."
Draya loves cooking and eats meals in small portions. "I try to cook as much as I can and I don't necessarily cook healthy, but I use very small portions to keep the calories at bay," she told FashionBombDaily. "I love soda……but my skin and body [don't]. I'm a cheater about once a week."
Draya focuses on a healthy, balanced diet "I am six months pescatarian. I've tried to limit my chicken and red meat consumption a lot. I try to drink a lot of water. I try to work out. My downfalls are sweets. I really love sweets. And alcohol goes with partying. If I'm going to drink, I try to diet. If I'm not going to diet, I try to skip dessert," she told BET. "Dieting is always going to be a struggle, so that's why you have to balance it with working out. I don't eat whatever I want, but if I do eat whatever I want, I at least got to work out to make it even."
