Osment is also open about her mental health. In a revealing tweet, she talked about her mental state while she was filming the final season of her show, Young & Hungry. She wrote, "Special shout out to mental health. Your own sanity is so much more important than anything else. Weird seeing this season's Young and Hungry from over a year ago when I was 20lbs heavier and deeply sad. Get yourself right. Get yourself first. It all falls in line."
