Erica Mena posted an apology for her fans after something she did back in April. She promoted a company that turned out to be nothing but a scam as you will see in her explanation below.

‘I’m sorry to those who purchased from @lovea_official I owe my followers who bought @lovea_official back in April an apology. I didn’t know this company would fail you and not send out your orders. This company has been giving many excuses and has provided fake tracking numbers. The part that has me upset is how they are also sending fake delivery confirmation emails to some of you. They have turned off comments to prevent you all for inquiring about your order. Enough is enough. Please contact your bank in regards to your order and dispute it immediately,’ Erica captioned her post.

Someone else posted this message: ‘I wish other celebrities would do the same .. I’ve been scammed by an Instagramer who has been promoted by people I’ve followed, I’ve reached out to numerous people, but no one seems to care. Just another reason why I really rock with you, you’re a real one.’

A commenter said: ‘Go to your bank and tell them you ordered from this company, show them where the order is on your statement, and your bank will cancel the order and give you your money back. It’s happened to me twice, and both times I got my money back.’
