Erika Jayne could be going down with her once rich husband. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is allegedly done protecting her soon-to-be ex-husband.

Just weeks after it was announced that Erika had filed for divorce, news broke that Tom Girardi is being sued for his part in using cash settlements from the families of plane crash victims to fund his own lifestyle.

It was then said that Erika and Tom’s split was actually an attempt to embezzle money because of Girardi’s firm crumbling.

It turns out that Tom is in so much debt that he wasn’t able to make payroll for his office. The lawyers representing the octogenarian are also claiming that he may not have been of sound mind when the shady business was going down — although in released voicemails he sounded fine.

In papers obtained by multiple publications, Erika was listed as a ‘secretary’ of one of his businesses which could end up getting her in big trouble.

In a new report, Jayne was allegedly blindsided by how deep her husband was in trouble and is finding out details through the press before her lawyers can even contact her. Additionally, she is devastated that he has allegedly been cheating on her.

Erika has made it a habit to keep her marriage out of the center stage of RHOBH but now that the show is filming — she is mentioning it all.

‘Erika will address her divorce on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Legally, there is only so much she is allowed to say, but she has been advised on what she can put out there. Viewers will also finally hear the other Housewives‘ thoughts on Erika and Tom’s divorce. She’s going to tell her story and she’s not going to hold back. In the past when they filmed, Erika protected Tom at all costs, but this time around is going to be different,’ a source told US Weekly.
