McKenzie plays golf daily. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

McKenzie is a dancer. "From racing, to ballet, and golf! Ever since I was young, I've loved doing things that challenge me to become better in that sport or just life in general 💪🏼. Golf definitely challenges me every day and it gives me motivation both on and off the course!" she captioned a post.
