In a social media post where McGraw discussed being diagnosed with PCOS, she made it clear that she took care of her mental health before seeing a doctor. "I'm learning to navigate the new blemishes but I don't think that I would have ever allowed myself to go to a doctors appointment like this unless I had taken the correct steps toward my mental health, because as much as physical health is important, mental goes hand and hand," she says.

McGraw enjoys pasta every once in a while, judging by her Instagram updates. "As a sports dietitian, I advise my athletes and active clients to optimize carbohydrate intake to fuel workouts and restore post exercise," says Leslie Bonci, MPH, RDN, CSSD, LDN. McGraw is a huge fan of Thai Food, especially noodles. "My number one tip for eating at a Thai restaurant is to start the meal off with a fresh salad," says Amy Gorin, RDN. "So many Thai dishes—think fried meat with noodles in sauce—are delicious but heavy, so it helps to fill up on fresh veggies. My go-to is a papaya salad with the dressing on the side. It's usually made with shredded green papaya, string beans, and tomatoes."

McGraw likes to relax in her bathtub with a glass of red wine. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks. Any links between red wine and fewer heart attacks aren't completely understood. McGraw loves coffee, both iced and as a hot latte. "There aren't a lot of downsides to drinking moderate amounts of coffee — and in fact, it can have positive effects on your health," says  Andrea Dunn, RD. "Coffee contains about a thousand different botanical compounds… Surprisingly, coffee is the single best source of antioxidants in the American diet."
