Brooke Hogan is sharing her superpower in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the reality star flaunts her incredible figure in a bathing suit top. "My superpower is seeing through bulls**r.. What's yours?!" she asked her followers in the Instagram post. How does she maintain her fit physique? Brooke trains with her father six days per week in the morning, doing 30 minutes of cardio exercises and one hour of weight lifting, she told Shed Your Weight  She also revealed on Twitter that occasionally she will hit the gym twice. "Feelin good, gymin' it 2x a day! Who else is bringin' sexy back?" she wrote. 

Brooke relies on diets to lose weight. "I feel great at this weight, but I've started sticking to a diet again," she told OK! Magazine. "I'm trying hard to get down even more. You need to keep to the old-school bodybuilder diet of eggs, fish, chicken, meat and broccoli."

Brooke is happy with her body, no matter the shape or size. "I do. I love my body," she told OK! "Thick or not, I'm firm. I don't have cellulite. I'm happy with how I am. People should know, I'm only doing the diet for the entertainment business. It's not really what you're supposed to look like in real life."

Brooke is a fan of yoga – even goat yoga. Still can't get over this absolutely incredible experience we had yesterday with little baby goats! "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Brooke has a healthy but balanced approach to nutrition. "I eat whenever my body tells me I need something, but I try not to eat too late at night. If I do, no carbs," she told Shed Your Weight. Her diet is "super clean, all organic food" and "very healthy." She eats small meals and healthy snacks including almonds, walnuts, grapes, fruit, salad, tuna with low-fat mayo, LaraBar energy bar, organic mac and cheese, and low carb vanilla crackers.
