The so-called ‘Hot Felon’ and the Topshop heiress are over only two years after they started their relationship! That’s right, Jeremy Meeks and Chloe Green have decided to put an end to their romance! The two share a son together, named Jayden.

One insider shared the separation news with US Weekly, stating that: ‘They split about two months ago, but are off and on still speaking.’

At this time, it is also known that Chloe is looking to sell their house in London.

The split news comes only days after the heiress was spotted locking lips with another man while on a yacht vacation in the Mediterranean.

Even though they are over, it doesn’t look like there are any hard feelings between the exes.

In fact, they seem to be on really good terms to the point that when Jeremy saw a pic Chloe had posted with model Joan Smalls and magazine editor Vas J Morgan, taken on the yacht, he commented: ‘Have fun.’

Chloe and Jeremy started going out back in the summer of 2017 when the man was still married to his now-ex Melissa Meeks.

Despite this, they were not shy at all when it came to their displays of affection which were done often while on multiple vacations together throughout that year.

In May of 2018, they welcomed their son, Jayden, together.

There were rumors that they had gotten engaged when Chloe was seen wearing a huge diamond ring on that finger.

But while nothing was really confirmed, the split rumors started going around instead earlier this year.

This past May, the ‘Hot Felon’ denied they were over.
