"After two months, I started practicing Strong by Zumba three or four times a week, because I wanted to get back in shape. I weighed 60 kilos and I didn't want to see myself like this anymore, because a large part of my job is to do physical activity and expose my body. Thanks to the fact that I practiced it four times a week for an hour, with these exercises I managed to lose six kilos in 28 days. Still, it doesn't take much effort.
