American stand-up comedian, actor, musician, and radio broadcaster James E. Breuer was born on June 21, 1967.

From 1995 to 1998, he appeared on Saturday Night Live as a cast member and in the movie Half Baked (1998).

Breuer, his wife Dee, and their three kids resided in Chester Township, New Jersey, from 2005 until 2021. Breuer and his family sold their New Jersey house in August 2021 and relocated to Naples, Florida.
