Lynette Romero is staying in contact with her previous co-anchor Mark Mester after they left news station KTLA in September.

“I realize that a great deal of you are posing a ton of inquiries. For what reason did I leave? How is Mark? Those things.” she said in a Facebook Live on Friday.

“I will let you know that Mark and I talk consistently. I’m regarding him. He’s regarding me and our protection and everything.”

Mester was terminated from KTLA not long after censuring how the station’s chiefs took care of his co-anchor’s takeoff.

Romero, who left KTLA in September, told her fans: “We will discuss everything sooner or later. This isn’t the time or the spot so I realize you all will regard that.”

Albeit the video was planned to be a visit through her new work area at KNBC, she tried to let devotees know that Mark is “well and dealing with himself, and he will do astonishing things.

While flaunting her new office, she conceded that she’s somewhat terrified to begin her new position — securing the Today in LA morning show, beginning October 10.
