According to Ci Smith, a friend of Lynora, Lynora Caniford, a longtime resident of Miami, Florida, abruptly passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023.

Even though we hadn’t communicated in a while, Ci Smith wrote on Facebook after learning of Lynora Caniford’s passing, “I still can’t believe this is true. I love you always and forever! You supported me without fail during Zipporah’s pregnancy, and I only wish she had one more chance to see you. I’ll make sure she is aware of who you are, my darling, and how amazing a person you were. RIH.”
