Oakley is an avid swimmer, and she will even go down to the water first thing in the morning. Oakley posted this reel on Instagram, which took her followers through some of her favorite vacation morning activities. Oakley is seen in the water with friends, and diving off of a dock. 

Oakley is a big fan of doing standup paddling when she goes to the beach. Oakley posted a set of photos of herself using the board while on a trip to Fiji. She captioned the post, "Still can't get over this trip."

Oakley is the founder of workout service The Pilates Class, so she naturally does a lot of Pilates to stay in shape. She posted this fun reel of herself and her friends doing Pilates exercises while standing on the dock at the ocean. 

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Oakley revealed that she makes sure to do things that keep her feeling good, and help build her confidence. She says that going to the spa and getting treatments are things that she does. "Weird little things like having your nails done and making sure your legs are waxed really add to feeling sexy and confident. Personally, I know that always works for me."

Oakley tells Harper's Bazaar that wellness to her is all about moderation and being consistent. She says that while some people might indulge more while they're on vacation, she makes sure to stay on track. "No matter where we go in the world, we don't drink too much and we don't eat too much—it's all about portion control—but if we want to eat something naughty, we will eat just a little bit. If you've been drinking and partying and not eating right, of course you're not going to feel good in a bikini."
