On behalf of the Town Council and the current Mayor, Beth DelBuono, we regretfully tell you of the passing of the late Mayor Zartarian, who died away on April 17, 2023.

For a total of two terms, the former mayor Zartarian served the Town of DelBuono as mayor. In his role as a public servant, former mayor Zartarian invested a lot of time and energy in the Town of DelBuono.

In honor of former mayor Zartarian, the Connecticut state flag will be flown at half-staff on April 25 between sunrise and sunset at all municipal locations. This will be recorded in his mind.
