American football wide receiver Scott Thomas Miller, who was born on July 31, 1997, plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). He attended Bowling Green University for his college football career before being selected by the Buccaneers in the sixth round of the NFL Draft.

Miller grew up in Barrington, Illinois, where he was born. He graduated from Barrington High School in 2015 where he was a standout football player. When he graduated from high school, he was considered a two-star prospect. In track and field, he also set personal records of 10.53 in the 100-meter dash and 21.25 in the 200-meter dash.
