According to Boeke, he claimed that during their breakup, Siddiqa had unknowingly taken his property, valued at approximately $31,066.99, when she moved out of his house. Over the course of a year, Siddiqa had to navigate the legal process and confront the accusations.

However, on November 15, 2021, the case took an unexpected turn. The prosecution decided to dismiss the case as Boeke expressed his unwillingness to proceed further. His decision was influenced by the considerable travel expenses he would have incurred from Florida to Los Angeles for the preliminary hearing.

As the truth came to light, it became evident that Siddiqa was innocent of the allegations. It was revealed that the movers she had hired unintentionally included some of Boeke’s belongings in her storage unit without her knowledge.

Upon discovering the items, Siddiqa demonstrated her integrity by promptly contacting Boeke to inform him of the misunderstanding. Boeke was relieved to retrieve his belongings from the storage unit, and both parties were able to resolve the situation amicably.
