Pinkerton Academy student Ezra Alvarez died in an apparent suicide.

On February 15, 2023, Ezra Alvarez, a citizen of Derry, New Hampshire, sadly passed away. Alvarez, a Pinkerton Academy student, died in what appeared to be a suicide. He has not disclosed to the world the reason or cause for taking his own life.

Ezra Alvarez participated in the school’s soccer teams. He participated in soccer at Pinkerton Academy. In Derry, New Hampshire, the United States, there is a secondary school called Pinkerton Academy.

It educates around 3,269 students, making it by far the biggest high school in New Hampshire, surpassing the next-largest high school by more than 1,300 pupils.

It is rare for Pinkerton to be the public high school (grades 9–12) for the towns of Derry, Hampstead, Chester, Auburn, Candia, and Hooksett because it is a privately incorporated institution. Each municipality pays the tuition for its students to attend Pinkerton as per agreements with the towns.
