Brandin Tawan Cooks, a wide receiver with the National Football League’s Houston Texans, was born on September 25, 1993. Brandin was born in Stockton, California to Worth Cooks Sr. and Andrea Cooks.

He played high school football for the Trojans while attending Lincoln High School in Stockton. As a sophomore, he had 29 receptions for 600 yards and seven touchdowns. He caught 46 passes for 783 yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior, while also recording three interceptions on defense.
